RETURN POLICY
We at Classic of NY proud ourselves on having the highest quality jewelry and would like you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied and need to return merchandise, we will gladly accept any returns providing you follow our return policy below.

Request RMA

In order to return items and receive a credit customers need to complete the Return Merchandise Authorization form online and will receive by email RMA #, returns without authorization will not be accepted by our receiving dept. and may be sent back on your expense.
  • In order to get a full credit merchandise must be returned within 7 days after it was received, in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice included, and the RMA # on the box.
  • If you receive a damaged item you must fill out the RMA form before you send back for replacement.
  • Items returned after 30 days of purchase will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
  • Items returned without the original packaging and/or not including a copy of the invoice will be subject of a processing fee.
  • When shipping back returns please make sure merchandise is secularly packaged and insured, include the RMA # on the outside of the box and a copy of the invoice. Classic is not responsible for returns received damaged.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges wen returning merchandise. Credit will be given for merchandise only. However for items received by mistake please contact our Customer Service for a prepaid return label.
  • Merchandise older than 6 months from date of purchase or discontinued items cannot be returned.
  • Special order merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange. Once the order for special order merchandise is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled Please keep this in mind when placing a special order.


To proceed with your return

1. Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization form and submit it. Click here to fill out the RMA form

2. We will review your return request and once it is approved we will email you back a RMA #. Do send back the items before you receive the RMA #.

3. Upon receiving the RMA # ship back your return with a copy of the invoice and the RMA please make sure to write on the outside of the package the RMA #. Please make sure the return is securely packaged and insured.

Merchandise with manufacturing defects may be returned for exchange. Merchandise that is altered in anyway cannot be accepted for credit or exchange. For exchanges, we will do an exchange transaction along with any exchange fee. Keep in mind shipping charges will apply for an exchange.
A 15% restocking fee may also be charged for accounts that consistently abuse the return privilege.
Refused returns, undeliverable, or merchandise that was not purchased from Classic of NY will be charged for the shipping costs of returning it to you.
Classic of NY may not be responsible for returned merchandise if these procedures are not properly followed. Thank you for adhering to our return policy.
